it's okay to not have things figured out
"Life surprises", when taken as a complete sentence, with "surprises" functioning as a verb, it means life brings unexpected things. As a high schooler, I used to think that college students are so amazing, they were able to choose the path that they wanted, and they are on the first step of having their future lives figured out. However, when I was the one in college, that was not entirely the case. Yes, I was able to choose my program, the supposedly "first step" to success. But during its course, I suddenly am not sure if it was what I really wanted. But I was taught to finish what I started, so I did. I just thought that maybe I'll figure it out once I start working, since working young adults seem to enjoy their lives. Now that I am part of the workforce, I am still not sure what I want to do. I have been working for 3 years in the agency that is of my interest, though not in the office that I really wanted. The job pays well, I am now able to pay...
